Hello!
My name is Gina (Donatoni) Coffer and I am honored to serve our community as President of the Board for Green Valley Learning Fund.
Prior to my time volunteering for Green Valley PTA (Membership/Hospitality Chair & Auditor) and Green Valley Learning Fund (Corporate Match Program Manager & Auditor), I had a long career as an accountant (CPA), leading teams at Deloitte, Wells Fargo and ZenDesk. At this time, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to focus on my family, including my two daughters (GV 2nd and 4th graders) and enjoy volunteering at school in various capacities.
Born and raised in this community, I am a proud Green Valley alum! From a GV Colt to a MVHS Mustang grad, I am incredibly passionate about our community, especially our great Green Valley!
About GVLF
Green Valley Elementary School, like many other schools in the area, receives very little funding from the district, state, and federal government. As a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and affiliate of the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation, the mission of GVLF is to raise funds to bridge the gap between state and district funding and the cost of an enriching educational experience for our children.
Our goal is to raise over $450,000 to continue offering enhanced programs and services to our students. The following programs are funded only by donations to the Learning Fund and would not otherwise be available to our students:

- Salaries of numerous (5-8) classroom instructional assistants (“IA’s”) and a teacher on special assignment (“TSA”) which benefits all students and teachers throughout the year.
- Salaries for program specialists and associated supplies for curriculum supplement programs:
- Literacy Lab (one reading intervention instructional assistant)
- STEAM inspired Maker’s Space (one specialist)
- Before/after school math intervention/enrichment instruction
- Additional library hours.
- Other services such as organized lunchtime sports, etc.
- Salaries of numerous (5-8) classroom instructional assistants (“IA’s”) and a teacher on special assignment (“TSA”) which benefits all students and teachers throughout the year.
